Welcome Alum,

I created this beautiful alumni retreat because I know how powerful it is to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with yourself, and reconnect with honest, inspiring women.

Set on the shores of Stinson Beach, this retreat is a chance to pause, reflect, and go inward. Whether you're seeking clarity, navigating a transition, or simply longing to feel more grounded—I’d love to welcome you.

We’ll reflect. We’ll share. We’ll laugh (a lot), and maybe cry a little, too. We’ll walk on the beach, enjoy nourishing food, and sit in circle to share our deepest stories. Through powerful storytelling practices, mindful movement, and heartfelt connection, you’ll find time to be still—and be given the space to be truly seen.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. (You don’t need to consider yourself a writer or aspiring writer to join—some do, several don’t.) Just come as you are, with a willingness to listen deeply and speak from the heart.
