In a disconnected, fragmented world where devices, news and constant overwhelm can take over, I created Speaking to What Matters CIRCLES to pause, reflect and invite a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Speaking to What Matters Circle experiences are no ordinary book club discussions… because it’s not about the book.

Speaking to What Matters Circles serve as a catalyst for deeper reflection and personal growth and provide you with a personal storytelling toolkit so that you can:

●      Communicate better

●      Deepen your relationships

●      Inspire meaningful action

Whether your goal is to become a more confident and authentic speaker, writer, leader, entrepreneur, job-finder, partner, parent or colleague, knowing how to share your story will help you not only connect to others – but also – to yourself.

I've had the privilege of participating in two circles! Each time, I've walked away knowing myself better, feeling a profound sense of community, and ready to tackle whatever might come next in my life.

In the age of AI, David Brooks encouraged us all to 'major in being human'. Katherine Kennedy's book, "Speaking to What Matters," vividly illustrates just how to do that. Her beautiful book not only shares her personal story, compels us to be willing to share our stories, it even provides a formula to facilitate the process.

Beyond the captivating content of the book, Katherine also orchestrates 'Circles.’ Katherine adeptly guides deep discussions, infusing them with warmth and laughter, too. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you'll feel more human having shared your story. - Karyn Forsyth Duggan

One of Katherine's many strengths is encouraging the "shares" - creating a supportive environment and level of trust (even among people who have just met). Honesty is met with support, humility and understanding.
