Hi, I’m Katherine Kennedy. I created this retreat because I know how powerful it is to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and speak your truth.
Nestled along the shores of Stinson Beach, this two-day retreat is a space to reflect, write, move, and be real. I’ll guide you through storytelling circles, mindfulness practices, and moments of deep connection with an incredible group of women.
Whether you're craving clarity, navigating a transition, or simply longing to feel more grounded—I’d love to welcome you.
We’ll write. We’ll speak. We’ll laugh (a lot), and maybe cry a little too. We’ll walk on the beach, eat nourishing food, and gather in circle to share what’s true. There’s time to be still and space to be witnessed.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just come as you are—with a willingness to listen inward and share what’s inside.
“Katherine’s retreat moved me to living on higher ground and gave me the gift of a greater belief in my purpose.” - Tracey P.
“Katherine’s superpower is the gift of bringing people together and holding space for each to feel, to share, and to be comfortably uncomfortable!” - Lisa
