Rooted in the practice of Circle, this retreat is where the magic happens—when women gather to share, witness, and grow. Something powerful unfolds when we speak what’s true and are met with compassion.
About Katherine
I’m Katherine Kennedy—a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, storytelling coach, facilitator, and author of Speaking to What Matters: My Story of Learning How to Share What’s Inside.
For nearly 30 years, I’ve been creating spaces where people feel safe to be honest, seen, and heard. Through retreats, story workshops and circles, as well as 1:1 coaching, I help people uncover the stories that bring deeper understanding, healing, and connection—to themselves and to others.
About Tara
Hi! I’m Tara Ordoñez. I first came to yoga 25 years ago for physical benefits, but stayed for the deep calm, groundedness, and mental resilience the practice fosters both on and off the mat. Whether you’re unrolling your mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. My approach centers on a dynamic, physically engaging practice grounded in the balance between effort and ease. By anchoring ourselves in breath and moment-to-moment awareness, we learn to break through limiting beliefs, sit with discomfort, and ride the waves of life with greater grace.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me adventuring outdoors with my husband and three children, teaching elementary school, cooking, reading, or hiking with my gentle giant of a dog. Grab your mat and come breathe, move, strengthen, find stillness, and let go with me!
