About Katherine

I’m Katherine Kennedy—a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, storytelling coach, expert facilitator, and author of Speaking to What Matters: My Story of Learning How to Share What’s Inside.

For over 30 years, I’ve been creating extraordinary spaces where people feel safe enough to tell themselves the truth. Through retreats, my Writing to What Matters course, story work, Circles, and coaching, I help people know themselves more deeply so they can express themselves more fully.

About Tara

Hi! I’m Tara Ordoñez. I first came to yoga 25 years ago for physical benefits, but stayed for the deep calm, groundedness, and mental resilience the practice fosters both on and off the mat. Whether you’re unrolling your mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. My approach centers on a dynamic, physically engaging practice grounded in the balance between effort and ease. By anchoring ourselves in breath and moment-to-moment awareness, we learn to break through limiting beliefs, sit with discomfort, and ride the waves of life with greater grace.

When I’m not on my mat, you can find me adventuring outdoors with my husband and three children, teaching elementary school, cooking, reading, or hiking with my gentle giant of a dog. Grab your mat and come breathe, move, strengthen, find stillness, and let go with me!
